Removal of Thick Mud, Mud, and Silt

“Tip-Top Industrial Solutions” uses a variety of approaches to remove complex contaminations from hard-to-reach places. Mud is a common word used to cover many concepts. However, as a rule, it is a semi solid mass, not much different from silt, clay, or any other kind of thick mud. Oftentimes, this type of dirt accumulates in wastewater treatment sites. 
One of our more recent projects was to remove dirt from a rainwater treatment tank. Completing this project we ran into a number of problems:

• The tanks was 6 meters deep - only accessible from the top
• The tank was above group - accessible by a ladder attached to the side
• The tank was 15 meters from the nearest outdoor access point (small doors at the entrance of the building)

Vacuum loading technologies allow us to collect dirt, debris, and other materials with the help of world class vacuum technology. This extremely powerful system can be used to move any material - liquid or solid. 
We built a system that is connected by a thick hose from our vacuum loader to the small door of the building, to the tank, and down the 6 meter wall to reach the bottom of the tank. Our specialists used a hose and other tools to loosen and suck the dirt that collected on the base of the tank. 
Using vacuum loader technologies, our experts were able to address issues of many different types to collect almost all types of waste and materials from hard-to-reach places only accessible with hoses.
