Vacuum loader
Vacuum loaders and some of their advantages.

Vacuum loaders create near vacuum conditions inside a mobile vacuum truck, so as to easily remove by suction liquid and solid materials (such as coal, coal dust and construction waste). Tip-Top Industrial Solutions uses vacuum loaders with corrugated and steel reinforced hoses to enable an extended coverage of hard-to-reach places. For example, work can be carried out without access roads using this mobile approach with hoses.

Vacuum loaders are good solutions for after construction or restoration works. With construction waste around any territory, vacuum loaders can be useful. We have used this machine for cleaning specialized ovens in insulation factories and to remove slag from garbage and steel plants. A further advantage is that this technology allows clean-up without creating additional dust.
  • Speed of cleaning: heavy-duty vacuum unit is capable of sucking up construction waste and other materials up to 20 m3 in 1 hour.
  • Environmentally friendly: the vacuum loader is able to extract construction waste without any dust, which is very important when working with hazardous materials.
  • Removal of material from hard-to-reach places: a corrugated hose can be extended at a distance of up to 300 meters.
  • Extraction depth: extraction of materials from a depth up to 20 meters (conventional machines - only from a depth of 8 meters).
  • Economic feasibility: possibility of returning raw materials to production.
advantages OF VACUUM CLEANING
STEAM CLEANING
Using only steam, Tip-Top Industrial Solutions can achieve deep cleaning that delivers amazing results.
What is steam cleaning?
Water, reaching a temperature of over 100°C, is transformed into dry saturated steam, the use of which is possible when cleaning various contaminants. With no chemicals and very little moisture, dry steam allows for quick and efficient cleaning, sanitization and disinfection in one step.
Fields of application

• food industry, distribution and packaging
• pharmaceutical industry
• packaging industry
• plastic production
• electromechanical production
• aviation and machine building industry
• hotel industry
• medicine

Steam cleaning replaces traditional chemical cleaning. The high temperature of dry steam eliminates all types of pathogenic (disease-causing) microorganisms. In addition, it does not lead to bacterial resistance as a result of prolonged exposure, as is often the case with chemical disinfection. Dry steam technology simplifies the cleaning process, eliminates the risk of chemical contamination and leaves surfaces practically dry and free of any type of microorganism. It is a fast, safe, economical and environmentally friendly method.

Steam cleaning also replaces traditional degreasing and emulsification systems. Steam cleaning eliminates toxicity, large quantities of contaminants to be disposed of, and harmful fumes in workplaces. This technology is not harmful to the environment, does not leave secondary waste.

  • Environmental Safety.
Sandblasting is another industrial surface cleaning method. Sandblasting is understood as the treatment of surfaces by the sand as an abrasive material, which, under the air pressure drop, is directed at a high speed to the treated surface. This abrasive type of cleaning can be an inexpensive and very effective method of removing paint, rust, corrosion, dirt and surface discoloration.
Ideal for cleaning:

  • construction and industrial metal structures
  • hydraulic structures (sluice gates, hydraulic locks)
  • transport structures (road and railway bridges, overpasses and tunnels), as well as pipelines
  • structures made of brick, concrete, reinforced concrete, granite, etc.
  • various capacities (road and railway tanks, steel tanks)
Sandblasting
SPECIAL APPLICATION
Sandblasting is also used to create a certain surface roughness. When cleaning and repairing old brickwork, a decorative look is preserved. New wooden surfaces with the help of air and sand can acquire an “old”, “worn out” look as an effect.
Sandblasting is indispensable for cleaning massive old dirt, in cases where soft blasting methods do not work. It should be noted that sandblasting has an abrasive effect on the cleaning surface. The application of this method is justified by the high speed and is applicable when partial deformation of the surface can be neglected.

What is cryogenic blasting?

Cryogenic blasting is a dry ice cleaning process in which dry ice pellets are brought to the surface in a pressurized air stream in order to clean it. In general terms, the method is similar to sandblasting or cleaning with soda, only here dry ice acts as a working element.

Instead of using hard abrasive materials that can damage the surface, soft dry ice is used that hits the surface at near the speed of sound and creates mini-explosions on the surface to fight off the contaminants. In addition, dry ice does not leave secondary waste, as it sublimates at room temperature.

CRYOGENIC BLASTING
CLEANING WITH DRY ICE.
80% REDUCED CLEANING TIME
Cryogenic blasting is based on dry ice blasting, which provides treatment of most industrial equipment, machinery, machine tools, curing presses and assembly line equipment without damaging them. Dry ice cleaning allows to significantly reduce the time spent on the main and subsequent operations required to start the equipment.

The number of applications for dry ice blasting systems is enormous. With their help, you can clean any of the components on site or directly during operation. Blasting systems reduce downtime and increase productivity in any production process, in fact, no other blasting system (sandblasting, steam, hydrodynamic, soda cleaning) provides such profitability. The method is used when cleaning machine tools, equipment, molds, components and parts of cars, after a fire.
advantages OF CRYOGENIC BLASTING
  • Speed and quality.
  • Reduced cleaning time and reduced downtime.
  • Possibility of cleaning at site without dismantling the equipment.
  • Cost minimization.
  • No additional manual cleaning or removal of recyclables required.
  • Safety, including fire safety.
  • Approved for use in the food industry.
  • Does not damage active electrical or mechanical parts.
  • Non-abrasive, non-flammable and non-conductive cleaning method.
  • Removes industrial waste, most dirt, paint, oils and film, and is effective in cleaning up after a fire.
  • Allows cleaning in confined spaces, which is not possible with most other methods.
Soda blasting - soft blasting.
The soda blasting cleaning method (soft blasting) is based on the ARMEX® blasting technology. This is a method of cleaning surfaces using particles of sodium bicarbonate, which are supplied under pressure with compressed air through a special blasting apparatus. The technology is similar to traditional sandblasting; it has a significant advantage in cleaning surfaces without damaging the treated surface and with complete safety for human health and the environment. Sodium bicarbonate is water soluble and environmentally friendly.

Soft blasting technology easily removes paint, grease, petroleum, oil, glue, surface corrosion of a variety of metals, alloys, plastics and compounds without damaging the surface to be cleaned. This cleaning method is so effective that it is able to remove almost any contamination from any kind of surfaces.
SODA BLASTING
Cleaning up after a fire.
With the help of soda blasting, cleaning after a fire is carried out efficiently and in a shorter time. The technology removes soot and ash from any materials (wood, metal, concrete) and surfaces (walls, floors, ceilings). Soda blasting allows not only to clean damaged elements, but also to prepare surfaces for painting, repair, restoration. When eliminating the consequences of fires (cleaning after a fire), unpleasant odors in the room are eliminated, since soot and ash are completely removed.
Technology description
Treating agent particles are supplied under pressure in a mixture with compressed air to the surface to be cleaned. When the treating agent comes into contact with contamination on the surface to be cleaned, the particles explode. The energy released during the explosion removes the contamination mechanically. Due to the low abrasiveness of ARMEX®, this process does not damage the surface to be cleaned. Depending on the type of surface to be cleaned, the degree and properties of contamination, the operator determines the amount of consumed treating agent and the pressure value of supplied compressed air.
Application

  • cleaning of machines and equipment
  • cleaning after a fire
  • restoration and cleaning of architectural monuments
  • mold cleaning
  • cleaning of ships and yachts
  • cleaning of wagons and locomotives

Technology advantages
  • Soda blasting is a fast and effective cleaning method.
  • Environmentally friendly technology - the cleaning process takes place without the use of any chemical solutions. The sodium bicarbonate used as a treating agent is easily soluble in water and has no negative impact on the environment.
  • Low cost - thanks to the speed of cleaning and the low cost of the treating agent, the cost of cleaning is minimal.
