Performance Review – An Opportunity to Express Yourself

Tip-Top Industrial Solutions completed its annual performance review of personnel in March 2023. The purpose of the performance review is to assess an employee in his current position. It is important for management to understand the degree of satisfaction of employees, to share their assessments with their employees and to determine how to best assist our employees meet their objectives.

Thanks to the performance review, there is detailed feedback for each employee. This data forms the basis of a report that the HR department submits to the company manager for review. Also, the conclusions drawn are the basis for a plan for the development of employees, increasing their salaries, and, in principle, for understanding the personnel succession chain.

It is interesting to note that our employees are not afraid of this conversation rather, on the contrary, are waiting for it. Over many years, the HR department has developed the expectation that performance review is not a negative experience, but rather a good chance to talk about yourself, to draw attention to your achievements, and to directly convey your expectations and wishes to management.
