It is very important for me, as the CEO of the company, to feel the support of my team and understand that each employee has his place. I want to see every manager (myself included) being effective, adding value and pushing Tip-Top to new heights. We love people who are not afraid of challenges, ready for the changes that modern business dictates and committed to common goals.
We in the company understand the importance of human resources and are ready to invest in our employees and their training, as these contributions go deeply into the development of the company. However, growth is always expressed in numbers, so we also have clear criteria for evaluating the performance of employees. I talk about this openly – there is no secret that leading a large company such as Tip-Top requires management to know that each employee supports the specific tasks and objectives set before them. Only in this way can we provide cost-effective and quality solutions for our customer.
